1. Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC; Measurement ID: G-HTMWEF1XC4) to understand usage and improve the game and site.
Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as page views, interactions on the site, session information, browser and device information, approximate location, and randomly generated client identifiers. Collected information is sent to Google's servers and processed under Google's terms and privacy policy.
You can limit Google Analytics measurement by disabling or deleting cookies in your browser or by using Google's opt-out add-on.

2. Game and AI Processing
Computer-opponent thinking, rule evaluation, and local two-player game progression all run within your browser. The game has no feature that sends board positions, moves, results, or AI decisions to a game server. It also does not use login accounts, online multiplayer, or advertising SDKs.
3. Information Stored in Your Browser
This site stores your selected game mode, AI difficulty, first/second-player choice, and sound setting in browser localStorage. Only when you press “Record AI move,” it also stores up to 50 records containing the most recent board position, AI move, and AI search statistics in localStorage. These records do not include free-form text, your name, a device identifier, or a save timestamp. You can delete them using “Delete records” on the game screen or your browser's site-data controls. The site does not automatically transmit these AI diagnostic records externally.
During a game, the game record is kept only in browser memory for that open game. Only when you press “Save game record” after the game has ended does the site save a JSON file to your device containing the initial position, confirmed move sequence, game settings, and result. Game records are not automatically stored in localStorage or transmitted externally.
A Service Worker caches game files so the site can also start offline as a PWA.
